Returns and Refund Policy
At SUYU, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience exceeds your expectations. However, we regret that we are unable to accept the return or exchange of opened or used products, as they cannot be resold once delivered.
In the event that you receive a damaged product or encounter a quality issue, we do offer an exchange option, provided that you report the matter within the specified timeframe mentioned below:
- If you receive a tampered or damaged product, kindly notify our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include supporting images and videos to help us address your concern as swiftly as possible.
- For any complaints related to product quality, please reach out to our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please be aware that SUYU cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred after the product has been delivered. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
For us to accept product exchanges, the items must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, and free from damage, in accordance with the following terms:
- Requests for returns and exchanges will be subject to review and verification by SUYU
- Please note that refunds will not be issued once the goods have been sold.
